A little bit about me...

My name is Laura, and I am a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I have worked in the wellness industry for over seven years, supporting both adults and young people through various wellness modalities, including lifestyle coaching, fitness, mindset coaching, hypnotherapy, and creative mentoring.

I have a strong background in working with young people, particularly within the care and alternative provision sectors. My experience includes supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, school avoidance, and other mental health needs.

Helping others and witnessing positive transformations ignites an indescribable passion within me, driving the work that I do.

As a creative person, I have always found self-expression through writing and journaling. Currently, I am working on an engaging and inspiring self-help book collection for young people.

Everything I do is rooted in my passion for serving others. Through my extensive experience working with diverse clients and mentees, I have developed a range of engaging and informative workshops and group sessions designed for both adults and young people.

Tried other therapies that haven't worked for you?

Hypnosis is often used as a last resort, after trying traditional methods, yet the results are quick and often astounding. It only takes between 8-12 hypnotherapy sessions to reach a desired outcome or goal. Isn't that exciting?
